Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and repair on Bobcat equipment and related machinery.
- Inspect, overhaul, and service gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and powertrains.
- Execute preventative maintenance programs and safety inspections across all equipment in the shop and field.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment while properly operating specialized tools, hoists, diagnostic software, and welders.
- Perform mobile field repairs and emergency service to support operational uptime.
- Track maintenance schedules, document service records, and assist with parts inventory management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Diesel Hydraulics or Agricultural Technology is beneficial, but not required.
- Experience performing mechanic work on diesel or agricultural equipment is beneficial, but not required.
- Experience servicing and diagnosing Bobcat equipment is beneficial, but not required.
- Experience with basic welding and fabrication.
